Update the SGI and RD platform manifests for the RD-Daniel 2020.04.16
release. With patches for all platforms merged on a consolidated
branch for all components (except for SCP of RD-E1-Edge), the unused
manifests are deleted here as well.

The master branch of some of the repos are not stable. So use tags
to identify the version to checkout for those repos. Updated the
busybox repo location to that of a mirror on github.

Update the sgi575 manifest file for 19.10 reference platforms release.
This is a minor update in which the upstream branch names missing for
few repos is added.

SGI-575 platform manifest that is tracking the latest updates is currently
not tracking the master branch for efitools and mbedtls repos. Fix this.

Add a manifest for SGI-575 platform with list of repositories to be
downloaded to setup the software stack for this platform. This
manifest tracks the latest software updates available for this
platform.
