Juno/vexpress/FVP kernel based on latest version of Linux (v4.6-rc4)

Changes in this version:
- Add virtual encoder [1] to enable HDLCD driver to be used on FVPs

- Updated Base FVP device-tree to include HDLCD but in a disabled state.
  To use HDLCD, disable the CLCD instead, i.e. s/&hdlcd/&clcd/ in
  fvp-base-aemv8a-aemv8a.dts. Also, models would need to be run with the
  commandline argument '-C bp.ve_sysregs.mmbSiteDefault=1' to make
  HDLCD content appear in the now misleadingly titled 'CLCD' window.
- Add configuration controller functions to the Foundation model
  device-tree so that shutdown and reboot work.

Issues:
- Mali driver omitted because it doesn't compile with latest Android
  sync APIs
