Juno/vexpress/FVP kernel based on latest version of Linux (v4.6)

Changes in this version:
- Change Foundation Model device-tree to use PSCI for CPU enable method
  so secondary CPUs boot successfully with ARM's Trusted Firmware.
- Increase NR_CPU from 8 to the default 64
- Added workaround to sky2 ethernet driver to stop ugly oops from
  sky2_get_stats when Juno r1 and r2 are shut down.

Issues:
- Mali driver omitted because it doesn't compile with latest Android
  sync APIs
