Juno/vexpress/FVP kernel based on latest version of Linux (v4.9-rc6)
Changes in this version:
- Update to latest version of Linux.
- Add device-tree and configs for FVP_Base_Cortex-A32x4
- Update FVP idle-states to match upstream changes happening for Juno
Issues:
- Mali driver omitted because it doesn't compile with latest Android
