Juno/vexpress/FVP kernel based on latest version of Linux (v4.11-rc4)
Changes in this version:
- Add hack for AArch32 kernels on Juno to limit the clock frequency of
the big core as that seems to get triggering weird and random crashes.
Issues:
- Mali driver omitted because it isn't compatible with recent kernels.
