Juno Android kernel based on 3.10 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Contains:

  - Juno enablement based on commit b0f11137875b93d4c166c6e2feb042c72678e972
    of ARM's juno-beta branch at https://github.com/ARM-software/linux.git
    but with the HDLCD patches for double buffering support omitted

  - Mali drivers based on the wk38 DDK

  - Intelligent Power Allocation (IPA) code

  - I2C driver patches to reduce clock rate backported from newer juno-beta
    branch (1.3-juno-rc0) as well as juno.dts change to limit HDLCD pixel
    clock to be within TDA19988 specs.
