Juno Android kernel based on 3.10 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Same as lsk-3.10-armlt-juno-20150217 but with the following tidy-ups:

- juno.dts now based on that in the mainline kernel.

- Topic branches refactored so that each juno related driver is in its
  own branch, and the IPA branch has no Juno related patches.

- Remove the hack "Support PSCI reboot/shutdown" as PSCI 0.2 support
  seems now seems to be working with the latest LSK and Juno firmware.
