Juno Android kernel based on 3.10 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version:
- Fixed bug in SCPI driver which meant clocks never got set.
  (Commit dd417ebc39be5 "mailbox: scpi: Fix initialisation of clk_set_value
  messages").
  This was the cause of the issue in the last version where the display
  wasn't working,

Open issues:
- Updates to Mali code in previous version (to integrate with new SCPI
  driver) are confirmed to cause Mali not to work with thermal
  framework. Mali works OK for rendering graphics, it's just the power
  management features done for IPA aren't functional.
