Juno Android kernel based on 3.10 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version (compared to lsk-3.10-armlt-juno-20150423):
- Minor updates to the IPA topic from Javi Merino. Includes some
  new tracepoints.
- Update Gator to 5.21
- Updated to LSK 15.04

Open issues:
- Mali code doesn't work with thermal framework. It works OK for
  rendering graphics, it's just the power management features done for
  IPA aren't functional.
