Juno Android kernel based on 3.10 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version
- Mali code updated to r5p0-06rel0
- Fixes from Javi and Tixy to get IPA working with Mali again
  (was broken by last month's SCPI updates).
- Applied missing fix for memory-mapped timer frequency (it's 50MHz, not
  100MHz)
- Workaround for broken memory-mapped timer on r0 replaced with a
  device-tree based one by Liviu taken from ARM's GitHub tree.
  (Previously we had a hard coded hack which wouldn't have been nice for
  other platforms, like TC2).
- Dropped device-tree hack done for Android which gave Juno model name
  as plain 'Juno'. This means the default hardware name generated by
  Android won't be useful any more and this should be set on the kernel
  commandline. (E.g. androidboot.hardware=juno)
