Juno Android kernel based on 3.10 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version
- Added IPA fix from Javi: "When we were scaling the load for the
  devfreq cooling device, we were multiplying by the current utilization
  instead of dividing by it."
- Reworked FVP device-trees to bring them into line with what we have in
  3.18 and tip kernels. (New topic branch called lsk-3.10-armlt-fvp).
- Updated to LSK 15.06
