Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 3.18 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version
- Made HDLCD display driver reset some of its hardware state at startup.
  This is to fix a boot hang problem on TC2 when the kernel is run from
  UEFI (which leaves the display running).
