Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 3.18 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version
- Removed Gator from kernel tree because the userside daemon now has
  enough support from standard kernel APIs to provide most of it's
  functionality without a kernel module. And if we don't need to try and
  keep a kernel module version in sync with a matching daemon then there
  is no good reason not to always build gator from a standalone git
  repo.
