Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 3.18 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version
- Updated to latest LSK, i.e. LSK-v3.18-15.09 plus patch
  "of/platform: Move platform devices under /sys/devices/platform"
- Changed the linaro Android kernel config to be a copy of the AOSP
  configs, i.e.
    cat android/configs/android-base.cfg \
        android/configs/android-recommended.cfg \
        >linaro/configs/android.conf
- Fixed up Linaro/AOSP Android code, and vexpress and juno configs, to
  get things working again with the new android.conf
