Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 3.18 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)
Changes in this version:
- Add kernel configs to enable cpuset features used by Android to
select which CPUs to run tasks on. Cpusets are initialised by:

- Update to 16.01 release of LSK 3.18
