Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 3.18 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version:
- Include patch "Add ION_HEAP_TYPE_DMA to dummy ion driver pool" from
  Ashutosh Singh. This allows use of CMA memory with the generic ION
  driver and so allows bigger buffer to be allocated if required.
- Update to 16.02 release of LSK 3.18
- Update to latest Android LSK branch, this brings in new AOSP code.
