Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 3.18 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version:
- Add SCPI based hwmon sensor driver for Juno, from Punit Agrawal
- Update Base FVP device-trees for GICv3 and make them more accurate to
  latest models. New name for device-tree is fvp-base-aemv8a-aemv8a.dts
  (old name was fvp-base-gicv2-psci.dts).
- Backport Foundation FVP device-trees from mainline Linux and drop our
  versions. Name is now foundation-v8-gicv3.dts rather than
  fvp-foundation-gicv2-psci.dts.
- Reorganise Juno device-tree patches to be closer to upstream. Material
  changes are adding backports of:
  commit aeb2ee5683e5 ("arm64: dts: Add missing DMA Abort interrupt to Juno")
  commit 01a507a371a3 ("arm64: dts: juno: describe PMUs separately")

Issues:
- Foundation Model device-trees are lacking 'mcc' node for
  "arm,vexpress,config-bus" so poweroff and reboot don't work.
