Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 3.18 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version:
- Backport virtual encoder [1] to enable HDLCD driver to be used on FVPs

- Updated Base FVP device-tree to include HDLCD but in a disabled state.
  To use HDLCD, disable the CLCD instead, i.e. s/&hdlcd/&clcd/ in
  fvp-base-aemv8a-aemv8a.dts. Also, models would need to be run with the
  commandline argument "-C bp.ve_sysregs.mmbSiteDefault=1" to make
  HDLCD content appear in the now misleadingly titled 'CLCD' window.
- Update to 16.03 release of LSK 3.18
