Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 3.18 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version:
- Use EAS (version 5.2+) [1] instead of bLMP (aka HMP)

- Some minor build and crash fixes for EAS when it is used on a system
  that has a single cluster or no cpufreq configured.
- Update to LSK 16.05
- Include the LSK Android branch added just after 16.05 so we get patch
  "UPSTREAM: android: binder: fix binder mmap failures" which fixes
  Android on TC2
