Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 3.18 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version:
- Disabled motherboard ethernet for Juno r2. This is a temporary
  workaround for Android which after the change to EAS has started
  picking that rather than the PCIe ethernet, and it fails doing DHCP
  with with the motherboard ethernet. This issue seems to be timing
  related, because when using the HMP version of the otherwise same
  kernel code kernel it picks the other ethernet device.
