Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 3.18 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version:
- Update to LSK Android branch at commit 3e729690a51c.
- Add cpu idle to Foundation model device-tree.
- Remove shutdown and reboot mcc nodes from FVP device-trees. This
  means these functions will now be performed via PSCI.
- Update device-tree entries for optee to reflect latest upstream
  state in https://github.com/linaro-swg/linux. Specifically, the
  reserved memory regions are added and marked 'no-map'.

Issues:
- Motherboard ethernet for Juno r1 and r2 are disabled in device-tree.
