Experimental Juno Android kernel based on 4.4 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)
Changes in this version:
- Update to LSK Android branch at commit 5c713517b6fb.
- Add OP-TEE kernel code, configs and device-tree entries.
- Add cpu idle to Foundation model device-tree.
- Remove shutdown and reboot mcc nodes from FVP device-trees. This
means these functions will now be performed via PSCI.
Issues:
- Motherboard ethernet for Juno r1 and r2 is disabled in device-tree.
