Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 4.4 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

- Update to latest LSK code:
  linux-linaro-lsk-v4.4 at commit 57ace4127894
  linux-linaro-lsk-v4.4-android at commit 662d618b983c
- Add device-tree and configs for FVP_Base_Cortex-A32x4
- Add EAS fix that we had in 3.18 to get Cortex-A32 FVP booting
  ("sched/tune: Avoid null pointer dereference in schedtune_add_cluster_nrg")
- Update FVP idle-states to match upstream changes happening for Juno

Issues:
- Motherboard ethernet for Juno r1 and r2 are disabled in device-tree.
