Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 4.4 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version
- Backport some upstream Juno device-tree changes including tweaks
  to cpu-idle parameters.
- Remove device-tree for FVP_Base_Cortex-A32x4 from into arch/arm and
  add links instead to FVP_Base_AEMv8A-AEMv8A so that can be
  conveniently used for running 32-bit kernels.
- Add arm_scpi_test code ported from 3.18

Issues:
- Motherboard ethernet for Juno r1 and r2 are disabled in device-tree.
