Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 4.4 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version
- Update to latest LSK code:
  linux-linaro-lsk-v4.4 at commit f02e043c5ee3
  linux-linaro-lsk-v4.4-android at commit 7785301d9209
- Refresh linaro/configs/android.conf from latest AOSP configs
- Silence build warning in cpu_enable_uao with a hack. (An LSK issue
  that's will be addressed in the future LSK updates).

Issues:
- Motherboard ethernet for Juno r1 and r2 are disabled in device-tree.
