Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 4.4 version of Linaro Stable Kernel (LSK)

Changes in this version
- Add run-time power management support for Mali. This means it powers
  down when idle.
- Disable devfreq on Juno because current implementation in Mali
  doesn't work with run-time power management implementation. This means
  Mali clock frequency can't be throttled to cool the SoC.

Issues:
- Motherboard ethernet for Juno r1 and r2 are disabled in device-tree.
