Juno/vexpress Android kernel based on 4.4 version of Linaro Stable Kernel

Changes in this version:
- Add hack for AArch32 kernels on Juno to limit the clock frequency of
  the big core as that seems to get triggering weird and random crashes.

Issues:
- Motherboard ethernet for Juno r1 and r2 are disabled in device-tree.
