optee_msg.h: remove OPTEE_MSG_ATTR_FRAGMENT
OPTEE_MSG_ATTR_FRAGMENT isn't defined. Remove it from comments and replace
with OPTEE_MSG_ATTR_NONCONTIG where applicable.
