automerge-ci.conf: add qce-dts branch
Add QCE device tree bindings to track the development progress in this
area.
Hopefully the commits will be merged soon and then the branch can be
dropped, but for a while it's helpful to add SoC specific changes to
support new QCE device tree bindings on top of the branch.
