Add QCE device tree bindings to track the development progress in this
area.
Hopefully the commits will be merged soon and then the branch can be
dropped, but for a while it's helpful to add SoC specific changes to
support new QCE device tree bindings on top of the branch.

<mani_s> i'm now testing the pci-mhi-edma branch (not in qcom-lt), that should replace it
<mani_s> lumag, but I'm seeing some issue with pcie1_phy and spmi_bus
<mani_s> after sorting out, I'll push my branch to qcom-lt
<mani_s> lumag, I've asked vkoul to disable it yday

The defconfig changes for sm8450 were fully merged. Newer additions
should go to the arm64-defconfig branch. Drop the sm8450-specific

The SM8250 TypeC support needs to be rebased on top of Bryan's patches
and on top of Bjorn's work for the USB-C/DP/etc support. Disable it for
now.
While we are at it, drop the old sm8250-gdsc branch which was commented
for quite a while and now has been fully merged.

Hana board boot is broken currently with
'tracking-qcomlt-sm8450-drivers' branch and disabling
it causes merge failures, so disable the rest of sm8450 branches
as well for now.

There are a series of dtsi and yaml changes plus some some compat strings
required to get the msm8939, Sony Xperia M4 Aqua and Square's T2a into
upstream.
Add in a tracking branch to facilitate integration over the next few
months.
