* diagnostic.c: Set default caret.
(diagnostic_show_locus): Use it. Tell pretty-printer that a new
line is needed.

(gfc_diagnostic_starter): Follow Fortran FE diagnostics.
(gfc_diagnostic_finalizer): Do not call default finalizer.
