* gcc/doc/invoke.texi: For man pages, include gcc-vers.texi.
List @file in the option summary. Include the libiberty documentation
for @file.
* gcc/gcc.c (main): Call expandargv.
* gcc/Makefile.in (gcc-vers.texi): Define srcdir.
