	* config.host (arm*-*-linux*): Add support for crtfastmath.o.
	(arm*-*-uclinux*): Likewise.
	(arm*-*-eabi* | arm*-*-rtems*): Likewise.
	* config/arm/crtfastmath.c: New file.
