* intrinsics/c99_functions.c: Add function prototypes to avoid
warnings from -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes. On Tru64
work around a brain-dead libm by redirecting calls to cabs{,f,l}
to a local __gfc_cabs{,f,l}.
