2015-10-13Fix jobs using docker-utopic and apt-getFathi Boudra

SATA template is now used in build job to trigger post-build-lava with proper tests. There is only one device equipped with SATA drive in the lab. For this reason the template needs to be separate. There is a new feature in 4.1, see: 63a91033: kbuild: add generic mergeconfig target, %.config This feature was backported in all qcom LT branches (3.19 and 4.0), and he also available in the integration branch (4.2+), so that we can use it in all our builds. <remoteRepoName>/<branchName> can be ambiguous. Per the documentation: The safest way is to use the refs/heads/<branchName> syntax. This way the expected branch is unambiguous. If ambiguous the first result is taken, which is not necessarily the expected one. Better use refs/heads/<branchName>.
