drm: panel: Add lg sw43408 panel driver
LG SW43408 is 1080x2160, 4-lane MIPI-DSI panel, used in some Pixel3
phones.
--
updated for changes in 5.10 - drm_panel_add() and drm_panel_detach() changes
updated for new lab name
updated for removal of vrefresh in 5.9-rc
