Samsung LT v3.2-rc7 Release

Added:
- TMU Patches from Amit Kachhap.
- Enabled DT in default build.

Dropped:
L2 cache patches. With DT enabled, system hangs while resuming L2.

Fixed:
- Build failures in
	topic/cpuidle (patch reorder)
	topic/gadget (patch merged)
- mmc filesystem resume problem got fixed in linux-3.2-rc7, was present in
linux-3.2-rc6.
