ARM: dts: Add pinctrl node entries for SAMSUNG EXYNOS4210 SoC
Add pinctrl driver nodes for the three instances of pin controllers
in SAMSUNG EXYNOS4210 SoC and add the pin group nodes available in the
each of those three instances.
