parisc: rtc: Rename rtc-parisc to rtc-generic
The rtc-parisc driver is not PA-RISC specific at all, as it uses the existing (but deprecated) generic RTC infrastructure ([gs]et_rtc_time()). Rename the driver from rtc-parisc to rtc-generic.
