Change the init code for cpuidle-tc2 to check for a
compatible node in the devicetree of "arm, generic"
in preparation for moving it to driver/cpuidle.
Rename functions / variable from tc2_ to bl_.

This is simplistic for the moment as the expected residency is used to
prevent the shutting down of L2 and the cluster if the residency for
the last man is lower than 5 ms. To make this right, the residency
end time for each CPU would need to be recorded and taken into account.
On a suspend, the firmware mailbox address has to be set prior entering
low power mode.

TC2 test-chip integrates power management circuitry and firmware that
allows to remove voltage from both (A7 and A15) clusters when they are
idle or more generically when the system is forced into shutdown mode.
All CPUs in a cluster share the same voltage source so they cannot be
shutdown independently. In order to take advantage of TC2 power
management capabilities this patch implements a multi-cluster aware
CPU idle implementation. It is based on coupled C-state concept provided
by this code:
http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-arm-kernel/2012-April/097084.html
CPUs that are part of the same cluster are coupled using the mask
provided by the MPIDR at boot. Once all CPUs hit the coupled barrier the
primary CPU in the cluster (the one with MPIDR[7:0] == 0) waits for
secondaries to clean their L1 and enter wfi. Then it cleans all cache
levels, exits cluster coherency and starts the procedure to shutdown the
respective cluster. All wake-up IRQ sources are enabled by default.
Deep shutdown states for clusters are not enabled by default.
To enabled them:
A15 cluster
echo 0 > /sys/kernel/debug/idle_debug/enable_idle
A7 cluster
echo 1 > /sys/kernel/debug/idle_debug/enable_idle
Tested thoroughly using lookbusy to modulate system load and trigger idle
states entry/exit.

In order to support secure and non-secure platforms in multi-platform
kernels, errata work-arounds that access secure only registers need to
be disabled. Make all the errata options that fit in this category
depend on !CONFIG_ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM.
This will effectively remove the errata options as platforms are
converted over to multi-platform.

This patch starts using all the configuration infrastructure.
- generic GPIO library is forced now
- sysreg GPIOs are used as MMC CD and WP information sources;
thanks to this MMCI auxiliary data is not longer necessary
- DVI muxer and mode control is removed from non-DT V2P-CA9 code
as this is now handled by the vexpress-dvi driver
- clock generators control is removed as is being handled by the
common clock driver now
- the sysreg and sysctl control is now delegated to the
appropriate drivers and all related code was removed
- NOR Flash set_vpp function has been removed as the control
bit used does _not_ control its VPP line, but the #WP signal
instead (which is de facto unusable in case of Linux MTD
drivers); this also allowed the remove its DT auxiliary
data
The non-DT code defines only minimal required number of
the config devices. Device Trees are updated to make use
of all new features.

Convert vexpress to multi-platform. This always enables vexpress DT and
makes it the default v7 platform.

The vexpress Kconfig setup tries to be clever^Whelpful and selects some
errata workarounds for certain revisions of the Cortex-A9 and PL310,
which may be required depending on the core tile.
Since the mach-vexpress can support A5, A7 and A15 coretiles, let's
make errata workaround selection optional.

Making SMP depend on (huge list of MACH_ and ARCH_ configs) is
bothersome to maintain and likely to lead to merge conflicts.
This patch moves the knowledge of which platforms are SMP-capable
to the individual machines. To enable this, a new HAVE_SMP config
option is introduced to allow machines to indicate that they can
run in a SMP configuration.

Making CACHE_L2X0 depend on (huge list of MACH_ and ARCH_ configs)
is bothersome to maintain and likely to lead to merge conflicts.
This patch moves the knowledge of which platforms have a L2x0 or
PL310 cache controller to the individual machines. To enable this,
a new MIGHT_HAVE_CACHE_L2X0 config option is introduced to allow
machines to indicate that they may have such a cache controller
independently of each other.
Boards/SoCs which cannot reliably operate without the L2 cache
controller support will need to select CACHE_L2X0 directly from
their own Kconfigs instead. This applies to some TrustZone-enabled
boards where Linux runs in the Normal World, for example.

The Cortex-A9 tile on the Versatile Express suffers from a number of
engineering errata.
This patch selects workarounds in the ARCH_VEXPRESS_CA9X4 Kconfig entry
so that users don't need to worry about which ones to apply.
