Since the Linux kernel coding style disallows modelines this invalid
modeline can simply be removed. And since we're touching this file we
might as well remove all vim modelines from this driver.
vim tested only.

Fixes the driver after merge into the 2.6.34 kernel. Driver should
be functional again (a fix to make it compile broke the driver).
Patch against 2.6.34 RC7 with patch-v2.6.34-rc7-next-20100513
already applied.
Removed conditional code based on kernel version, this is pointless
now the driver is part of the kernel. Also removed obsolte code
left over from previous patches. Includes also small fixes to compile
clean again.

Now that the code actually gets selected in the kernel config
properly, all of the build errors start showing up.
This patch papers over a few of them to get the code to build, I have
no idea if it actually works now or not...

WLAN driver for cards using the HERMES II and HERMES II.5 chipset
Based on Agere Systems Linux LKM Wireless Driver Source Code,
Version 7.22; complies with Open Source BSD License.
The software is a modified version of wl_lkm_722_abg.tar.gz from the
Agere Systems website, addapted for Ubuntu 9.04 and modified to
fit in the current Linux kernel (2.6.31).
