From 1da177e4c3f41524e886b7f1b8a0c1fc7321cac2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Linus Torvalds Date: Sat, 16 Apr 2005 15:20:36 -0700 Subject: Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip! --- arch/h8300/kernel/module.c | 122 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 1 file changed, 122 insertions(+) create mode 100644 arch/h8300/kernel/module.c (limited to 'arch/h8300/kernel/module.c') diff --git a/arch/h8300/kernel/module.c b/arch/h8300/kernel/module.c new file mode 100644 index 00000000000..4fd7138a6e0 --- /dev/null +++ b/arch/h8300/kernel/module.c @@ -0,0 +1,122 @@ +#include +#include +#include +#include +#include +#include + +#if 0 +#define DEBUGP printk +#else +#define DEBUGP(fmt...) +#endif + +void *module_alloc(unsigned long size) +{ + if (size == 0) + return NULL; + return vmalloc(size); +} + + +/* Free memory returned from module_alloc */ +void module_free(struct module *mod, void *module_region) +{ + vfree(module_region); + /* FIXME: If module_region == mod->init_region, trim exception + table entries. */ +} + +/* We don't need anything special. */ +int module_frob_arch_sections(Elf_Ehdr *hdr, + Elf_Shdr *sechdrs, + char *secstrings, + struct module *mod) +{ + return 0; +} + +int apply_relocate(Elf32_Shdr *sechdrs, + const char *strtab, + unsigned int symindex, + unsigned int relsec, + struct module *me) +{ + printk(KERN_ERR "module %s: RELOCATION unsupported\n", + me->name); + return -ENOEXEC; +} + +int apply_relocate_add(Elf32_Shdr *sechdrs, + const char *strtab, + unsigned int symindex, + unsigned int relsec, + struct module *me) +{ + unsigned int i; + Elf32_Rela *rela = (void *)sechdrs[relsec].sh_addr; + + DEBUGP("Applying relocate section %u to %u\n", relsec, + sechdrs[relsec].sh_info); + for (i = 0; i < sechdrs[relsec].sh_size / sizeof(*rela); i++) { + /* This is where to make the change */ + uint32_t *loc = (uint32_t *)(sechdrs[sechdrs[relsec].sh_info].sh_addr + + rela[i].r_offset); + /* This is the symbol it is referring to.
