Fix the SP804 timer driver
The SP804 timer driver interrupt line deassertion was not quick enough thereby
trigerring spurious interrupt when used with the timer framework. This patch
loads a dummy load value into load register of the SP804 before clearing and
disabling the timer. This fix allows the interrupt line to reset to quiescent
level quickly as required.
