openembedded: ltp: fix parse pattern
Current LTP test definitions do not parse skipped test cases.
LTP test could exit with kernel config not enabled (CONF), which considered
to be skipped testcases.
With this patch LTP result parser will print PASS/FAIL/SKIP.
