vexpress rtsm isw: update git repository of bigLITTLE core tests
Core tests developed for the in-kernel switcher are now moved to a
neutral area with group permissions set up properly so that anyone
in the big-little-switcher-private group should be able to get to it.
The new git tree is setup at:
https://linaro-private.git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=bL_tests/core-tests.git;a=summary
