Attaching device/linaro/* to a particular minor release doesn't make
much sense - all it does is make updating to a new minor release more
work, cause code duplication, and make it harder to keep several minor
releases working.

Gator is in the linux-linaro kernel source tree, so we don't need
the extra git repository for it. Also, this extra repository causes
build errors as there are two Android.mk files trying to build
the daemon.
