Fixes: NB#176755, MLocale::script() does not change according to the language

Details:
- add new method QStringList MLocale::localeScripts() const
- add unit test for QStringList MLocale::localeScripts()
- add output of QStringList MLocale::localeScripts() to icu sample data file
- change MLocale::script() to return the empty string if the script
part of the locale ID was not specified. For example, return "" for
the locale ID “ru_RU” instead of returning “Latn” which seems to
be clearly wrong for “ru_RU”.
