scripts/MakeRelease.job: append GCC version to fileserver upload directory names
We want to upload releases of different gcc branches to different
directories: 4.9-2016.08, 5-2016.08-2, 6-2016.08-2-rc2 for instance.
The release YYYY.MM[-SPIN][-RC] is provided in Jenkins by the release
manager, but the gcc release version is parsed from the generated
manifest filenames.
