round-robin-bisect.sh: Avoid bisection loops on unstable regressions
... in tcwg_bmk speed benchmarking due to changes in board configuration.
We do this by re-generating baseline artifacts from the current baseline
branches.
This is an experimental approach, and we might need to figure out
something else if it doesn't work.
