15.08: Change URL to AEMv8 Base FVP
http://www.arm.com/products/tools/models/fast-models/foundation-model.php
and
http://www.arm.com/fvp
actually redirect to the same page but the latter is more appropriate
and less confusing for the AEMv8 Base FVP.
